We have the right Terroir with the right set of special characteristics in terms of the geography, geology and climate to grow some of the best Chardonnays in the country. Our awards attest of that. Louisvale Chardonnay
​
Louisvale's signature wine, this ultra premium Chardonnay has been matured in the finest French oak available. The nose is intensely complex with elegant aromas of lemon blossom, pineapple and apricot, toast and spice notes. The palate is smooth and buttery with a lingering after taste. The grapes for this quality wine were carefully selected from blocks spread across Louisvale. After hand picking and careful pressing, the wine was 100% barrel fermented and spent one year in oak.
Louisvale Unwooded Chardonnay
If you like your Chardonnay with true expression of fruit then this is the one you will love! Unoaked, its citrus tones and savoury nutty nuances produce a crisp flavour with a hint of tropical fruits that taste of the succulence and freshness of the grape. Clone selection imparts these intense flavours. A delightful bouquet which lingers long after the last glass. Enjoy this wine with all seafood.
Louisvale Dominique

Dominique is an elegant red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Intense fruit aromas of black currant and plum are underpinned by toasted oak.
Louisvale Chavant
​
A fine balance of fresh citrus, vanilla and white peach flavours, this Chardonnay offers hints of butterscotch and citrus on the nose. An ideal accompaniment to fish, poultry, pork, veal and roast vegetables. Serve well chilled at 14º C.
